Arte in Bucuresti – editia a V-a – „Explorari urbane”

Între 1 şi 25 septembrie 2014 va avea loc cea de-a V-a ediţie a evenimentului cultural Arte în Bucureşti.

Proiectul expoziţiilor simultane organizate în capitală sub aceeaşi egidă la începutul toamnei, născut din raţiuni organizatorice direct legate de artă, artişti şi public, s-a dovedit a avea un mare potenţial, atât din punctul de vedere al participării, cât şi al receptării.

Numitor comun este calitatea, în condiţiile diversităţii şi păstrării aceleaşi linii, legate de metropolă, respectiv de viaţa artistică a acesteia. Un proiect viu, cu raţiuni constitutive fireşti, dezvoltare normală şi o tematică pe măsură, puternic relaţionată cu componenta socială a muncii artistice întreprinse de creatorii de imagine şi curatorii participanţi.

În 2014 titlul expozitiei este “Explorări urbane”, iar tema principală de reflecţie este ieşirea artistului în întâmpinarea publicului, prin acţiune, nu însă şi prin agresivitate. Performance-ul va convieţui cu arta decorativă, experimentul cu grafica ori Soundscape-ul cu sculptura. Altfel spus, tradiţia şi modernitatea devin parte a prezentului în cadrul aceleiaşi manifestări, Arte în Bucureşti.

Vernisajul va avea loc în data de 4 septembrie 2014, orele 19.00, la Centrul Artelor Vizuale, Str.Biserica Enei nr. 16, Bucureşti.

The fifth edition of the cultural event Arts in Bucharest will be heldbetween 1st and 25^th of September 2014. The project of simultaneous exhibitions, held in Bucharest under the same aegis this early autumn, born from organizational reasons directly related to art, artists and audience, has proven to have great potential, both in terms of participation and reception. The common denominator is quality and diversity, while maintaining the same line related to metropolis, namely its artistic life. A lively project, based on natural constitutive reasons, with a normal development and a good theme, strongly related to the social component of the work undertaken by participating artistic creators and curators. 

In 2014, the title is “Urban Explorations” and the main theme of reflection is the artist coming out to meet the public, through action, but not by aggression. The performance will coexist with decorative art, experiment with graphics or Soundscape with sculpture. 

In other words, tradition and modernity are part of the present in the same event, Arts in Bucharest.
